Well, Bishop Bruno. He spends his time running around suing the Episcopal churches in his diocese who have rejected his nut case teachings and have pulled up stakes and associated themselves with Anglican dioceses in Africa. When this dunderhead gets done, the number of Episcopal churches in Los Angeles will be few and far between.

I left 10 years ago for a Bible-believing church, after my diocese adopted a marketing plan stressing gay rights to attract homosexuals to the church. That was how they were going to increase their numbers.

My parish has lost 60% of its members since 2002. It’s basically now all homosexuals and people over 75.

Good for you, sad for your former diocese. I left (P)ECUSA in mid '83, not entirely voluntarily (I'd moved to a new jurisdiction), but I've been happy to witness the growth of traditional Anglicanism in my "new" church.

This is the liberal conundrum in a nutshell. Spot a problem or name a goal, then do the exact opposite of what any reasonable person would do — and when it fails, blame those who tried to warn them not to go down that road.
