Obama won the election by the same percentage that the Yes on 8 Campaign won the election. Kind of funny that it wasn't the Republicans who put Prop 8 in the winning column.

Obama won the election by the same percentage that the Yes on 8 Campaign won the election

That is what is so tragic about this election, many a person with conservative values went with the candidate who was the exact opposite of those values.

Prop 8 got 87,000 “Yes” votes in San Francisco County. John McCain got 49,000 votes in San Francisco County. I’m really surprised at how many votes Prop 8 got in the most liberal county in California.
