Barry X will lift the embargo and normalize diplomatic relations with communist Cuba. Cuba will set open an embassy in the US to promote socialism here. Barry will close the military base at Gitmo and turn it over to Castro. Russia will install missiles in Cuba and Barry will make sure the US has no defense against them.
