Most of his “deep knowledge of foreign policy” is wrong.

Right. Like dividing Iraq into 3 territories, Sunni, Shia and Kurdish. That was one of his more brilliant ideas. God help us.

It might be because he has had a tragic life. Can anyone here imagine losing a wife and two children in one moment. I would not want to be in his shoes ever. I feel very sorry that he went through that and I think that is where he gets his “down home” type disposition that everyone makes fun of. Typically we here at FREEPERS hate the fact that Presidents or Vice Presidents have multiple marriages but in Biden’s case he was widowed...so we should give him a pass on that. We still only have one divorced president in our history and Vice President too if I remember correctly. I wished that Reagan was never divorced...it really puts a lone black mark on his presidency...everything else was pretty good, but divorce was not good.

VP Cheney has a voice like liquid velvet and can/will cut you down in 2 seconds flat and you’ve no idea what just happened. Sure hope that’s the case today with BO. ;o)

Only in DC can you always be wrong in a subject, and still be considered an expert in that subject!

Biden—one year of experience, repeated over 35 years, still equals one year of experience.

Biden is an ignoramus, and a sniveling twit.

“a 35-year Senate veteran with a deep knowledge of foreign policy”

I hope Cheney asks him about the U.S. and France kicking Hezbollah out of Lebanon.

Biden, a 35-year Senate veteran with a deep knowledge of foreign policy, has said he expects to be an "adviser in chief" to President-elect Barack Obama.

HAH!!! Deep knowledge! More like neck deep in BS! Most of what he "knows" about foreign policy is just not true.

Yes! That’s one of my favorite expressions because it’s so true: you can have “35 years” of experience, or you can have one year of experience repeated 35 times.

For Biden, it is the latter. He shows no indication that he has learned anything in his time in the US Senate, and he certainly has become a more vicious POS with the passage of time. Oh, he does pretend to the jovial guy, but look at how he treats conservative nominees and you can see the total lack of class and decency in the guy.
