Here is something I didn't know. This is the reason for the need for forgery IF it is forged.

From the Selective Service website: "Employment in the Executive branch (and Post Office) is barred to any male who did not register between the ages of 18 - 25. " So both "natural born citizen" and Selective Service registration status should be documented for male presidential candidates.

Also this:

Q. Are illegal alien males required to register?

Yes. All immigrant alien males, other than those admitted on nonimmigrant visas, must register, whether or not they have a green card. (See also Who Must Register - Chart.)

Rummy, I posted some of this on other thread, but the last part is also relevant to why he didn't register.....HE DID NOT CONSIDER HIMSELF A CITIZEN!

Part A:

1. There are three reported witnesses (grandmother and two half-siblings) to his birth in Kenya....

NONE to his birth in HI. No Dr, Nurse, neighbor,family member, friend has come forward to say they were there or had memories of “THE ONES” birth. (Even his now deceased grandmother was kept from all interviews.)

2.Specific statements have been made regarding the African birth: Male child born to Sr and SAD in Coast Provincial General Hospital, Mombasa, Kenya,......

There are at least two hospitals that have been named as possible places of birth in HI but no confirmation of either. Sister and he have conflicting stories, and IIRC he even contradicts himself. Sister's statement are not relavant because she is younger. Neither are consistant with the remodeling of the hospitals.

3.BOTH Kenya and HI has said they cannot release information, (they BOTH would possess material if they are BOTH commenting on it.) We know that until 1972, HI registered foreign births and then issued BC based on information from outside sources.

CONCLUSION: He was indeed born in Kenya and his birth was registered in HI.

Part B

The relevant part to your finding:
1. It is alleged as a young man that he traveled using other than US passport.

2. He appears to have no SS Registration...The one present appears to be falsified.

3. If he was indeed having his tuition paid as a foreign exchange student, it would present a need to keep his university records sealed as not to expose the fraud.

ADD A to B: If he was not born in HI, and if he did not register for the draft,and if he did accept tuition as a foreign exchange student.

Conclusion: He did not live as a Citizen of the USA.

Yelp, he perpetrated fraud on the government even back then....a practice he may have learned from his ancestors.
