I agree. And I found him rather insulting to Sarah - though he sang her praises, his continual and ignorant insistence that somehow being part of the Senate would elevate her to Presidential material. We rarely elect Senators to President. This election we didn't have a choice.

It's really the content. It's his speaking style. Endless run-on sentences and asides.

It's a Jason Lewis today. He's not much better.

I couldn't stand him. Rush gets bad sometimes with his digressions into digressions, but this guy was horrible. I always liked Roger Hedgecock, for at least he gave you news of CA.

One thing that almost NO ONE does that Rush does: he gives you a lot of news. He reads a ton, and not just political stuff. I always feel like if I miss reading the "news" on the internet, I can count on Rush to hit at least the top stories.

What I find grating is his hedging his bets by being on both sides of too many issues, while doing it in his "superior" know-it-all smarmy tone. He'll also pick a position that he knows will go against the grain just to elevate his ego, like Bill O'Reilly. In fact, he must be a Bill O' wannabe.

Its hard to be worse than Jason Lewis. He turns every topic into a high school Freshman class lecture on economics. The guy is a one note samba, droning on for hours on only one topic: tax policy. You can hear him anytime, just hit middle C on the piano for three hours straight.
