Exactly. I’m sorry, you’re threatening an armed cop with a chair, advancing on the the cop while being warned several times, and when you’re finally on top of the officer the officer shoots.

Seems pretty much a darwin award thing. I doubt most male officers would prefer to get into a physical fight with a chair wielding, probably large, suspect.

This poor man may have been mentally disabled and not in control of his actions. But we'll never know because of affemanant action. I would have just taken the chair away from him. End of story.
