Well, then that selfsame person had better fly his butt back to Hawaii and produce a copy of the certificate before all hell breaks loose.
Either he's constitutionally ineligible or he's not African. Come clean Barry! This issue isn't going away.

My understanding is that the Governor is just trying to keep any hanky-panky from going on. It is still available, following the established rules, i.e. only the selfsame person.
