With all that the congress did not call for his removal from office, or any other sanctions at all. The House did, they impeached his a$$. But the Senate failed to convict, without looking at any of the evidence, in part under the theory that the actions did not constitute "high crimes and misdemeanors" under Scottish law or some thing like that.

Look, its not unconstitutional for the President to get, um, serviced, in the Oval Office. No violation of the Constitution. That's why Clintoon won the impeachment. Here, Obama has the burden of proving he is QUALIFIED to serve as president. Congress has to face the voters in 2 years and they will pay for not enforcing our Constitution.
