I think he is full of love for our Republic and for our Constitution and is working to make sure our Constution is upheld. I would call that working for all Americans and fighting against those who would limit our freedoms by trashing our Constitution.

He must be interpreting the Bizarro constitution not the US and will definitely be used by the forces of evil to defend Zero. His interpretation is insane and without a shred of legal thought behind it.
