I can’t say I will shed a tear if this crook loses. Now the Minnesota Senate I will be upset if Coleman loses.

I wished Ted had not tried for re-election again. Even though whoever ran on the Republican ticket for that seat would probably have had an uphill battle and the seniority would be gone anyway.

I think Stevens is going to be pushed out when it’s all said and done. Additionly it looks like he will lose this race. We should know by Tuesday, Nov. 18 as that is when they are scheduled to finish the count.

Senate Republicans will decide whether or not to kick embattled Sen. Ted Stevens (R-Alaska) out of the Republican Conference at a members-only meeting on Tuesday — his 85th birthday. Republicans will meet behind closed doors at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday to decide Stevens’ fate. Sen. Jim DeMint (R-S.C.) plans to offer a motion that would oust Stevens from the Conference and take away his committee assignments.
