ANKARA, Nov 18 (Reuters) - Russia's Defence Minister Anatoly Serdyukov said on Tuesday he was concerned by what he called Georgia's efforts to boost its military potential, adding this could have bigger consequences than August's conflict.

Hey, Serdyukov ...you don’t run Georgia. They can do what they want.
Clearly Russia is concerned that Georgia will invade and conquer the Russian motherland... not simply be better able to defend themselves the next time Russia invades.
So now Georgia is Russias’ puppet state? (please don’t answer this..)
