It would allow organizers to unionize a workplace by gathering enough singed cards... I fully intend to singe my card rather than sign it

I know we can count on Boehner because he led us into 2 historic defeats in a row. Therefore I can assume he will do great this time. Go Boehner!

Well it will be interesting to see if they stand against something. Look how well that went with the bailout.

"But in current law employers can decide whether or not workers can use the card check process. EFCA would transfer that choice to the workers, So, how do the workers indicate their "choice" for a card-check instead of secret ballot? Do they take a secret ballot vote? Or do they vote by filling in the card?
It made sense to let the employer choose, because the employer would know their own opinion. But it makes no sense for the "workers" to make a decision, since the "workers" aren't a union and have no representation until AFTER they have voted.

I could go along with card check....just as long as it is tied to making every state an instant RTW state.
Then if 51% of the dumbasses want to sign up to pay dues they can, but they can’t force the 49% to pay a damn thing!
