The liberal establishment is labeling the current credit crunch and WallSt crisis as another great depression. Now its up to Franklin Delano Obama to save America.

And all that FDR did was prolong the depression by about 7 years with his "New Deal" crapola. FDR was just a socialist. FDO is an out and out Marxist/Communist. We ain't seen nothin' yet folks. Hang on...

Emmanuel’s words are the reason why the Dems, the KosKids, and the MoveOn hordes believed Bush was milking 9/11 to increase his powers. It’s exactly how they would respond to a crisis.Don’t try to solve it. Milk it. Emmanuel proves this to be the Dems strategy and permanent state of mind. Of course Bush went nowhere near as far as they’d have gone in his place, but farther than some here at FR were comfortable with. They couldn’t attack him for not going far enough because they’d never want a GOPer to have power, so they say he went too far and call him a fascist. Emmanuel exposed the truth about them in his comment.

The double standard on display here is blatant.

Which is why the dinosaur medias hold over Americas reality is slowly dieing. People are starting to see through their mind control facade.
Their reporting isn't real.
They've been creating an allusion (alternate reality) for years, but their ability to create that false reality is fading day by day. People aren't falling for it any more.

Not falling for it? I think enough did to get Obama elected. The one sided images shaped by the MSM and late night comics got Obama elected by keeping the public uninformed about important facts.

“Still no mention of the BC lawsuit?”

I stopped listening to Rush but I do check the comments about his show to see if he’s said anything yet. I don’t think he will until he either starts losing a lot of listeners over his refusal to discuss this critical issue and/or he sees some financial gain to be had by discussing it.

Rush fan no more.

Rush would rather talk about the Steelers. All the “conservative” talk show hosts are cowards. The Internet radio people on Prarie Radio (Ed Hale) and Lan Lamphere have guts like Leo Donofrio. They are real patriots.

Sometimes it is good to talk about something as normal and mundane as sports. It is calming, and a necessary for sanity. Doesn't make him any less a patriot.

Glenn Beck talks about the economy, politics, and the end of the U.S. all the time, have to turn him off. My depression meter is on overload. Mark Levin is great, too, but it's heavy stuff that he talks about.

Have you ever heard of something called "A last dieing breath?" It's probably the biggest, longest breath an entity ever takes before it dies.

Heard Glen Beck today and was ready to jump off a building.

I am still pretty disgusted that the conservative talkers have already been muzzled by O.

The New Deal was a psychological bandaid that FDR employed to cover up his inability to properly address terrible economic times.

It was dumb decision when the Feds raised the top tax rates in 1932, from 25% to 63%, with unemployment was at 23.6%. Things started picking up a wee bit by the mid-1930s. Unemployment was at 16.9% in 1936. That ended in 1936 when FDR decided to increase the top tax rates from 63% to 79% and onto 81% by 1940. In 1938 unemployment was at 19%. As the US started to ramp up manufacturing for WWII and our allies, unemployment dropped to 14.6% in 1940, 4.7% in 1942 and 1.2% in 1944.

Thanks to Hitler, Mussolini and Japan, happy days were here again! LOL

The taxpayers today are still paying for his blunder.

“FDR was just a socialist. FDO is an out and out Marxist/Communist. We ain’t seen nothin’ yet folks. Hang on... “

I’m thinking, “Truer words may have never been spoken”.

Plus, many of his proposed appointees have much further leftwing ideals than they have previously been allowed to act upon. Now they will be able to show who they really are.

Hang on, folks. Rough ride ahead.

Except it was WWII that saved America, not FDR`s New Deal.

it saved america because only during a total war (and not just any war) can you raise tax rates to the max and still get total production. Usually when you raise taxes, there’s a Laffer effect. People decide to work less or hide their money in tax shelters. But everyone contributes to the ‘cause’ during a real existential crisis.

"or he sees some financial gain to be had by discussing it"

With RUSH, it is ALL about the M O N E Y. If there is no profit in it, as they say in NJ: "forgedaboudit".

In case you haven't noticed it, RUSH's "show prep" largly consists of rehashing FR news articles that you and I read hours or days ago. $400 million dollars to read and comment on FR articles... must be nice.
