Just about every DUI arrest I’ve made was based on the drivers action/inactions, reactions and statements made to me by the subject. The breathalyzer only confirmed alcohol and amount BAC. My report as well as in car video usually resulted in conviction, breathalyzer was only a toll used to push my suspicion into confirmation.
And the machine has yet to ask for a suspects race.

That's racist to say that something is racist. And it's racist to notice that it's racist and say something about its being racist.
