Bet the Supreme Court punts. They'll find a technicality to allow 0bama to serve. The clear and present danger of rioting in the streets will scare them into it. They'll say they have conflicting documents so it will be like the NFL - "after further review, the play stands as called - 0bama gets to be POTUS".

If they don't, wrap your heads around "President Biden". We lose either way.

If there is really a case (I remain skeptical) then you just have to count the votes on the USSC. Alito, Scalia, Thomas and Roberts are serious constitutionalists. Stevens, Souter, Ginsberg and Breyer are all leftists and can be counted on to put him in office no matter what.

That leaves Kennedy, as usual. My guess is that he will look at the political upheaval and constitutional crisis this would create and decide that “for the good of the country” he would vote to certify.

This assumes that we have some “there” there in the issue of Obama’s original nationality. My wife has been an absolute bird dog on this stuff and has read every web site from here to Kathmandu. I remain skeptical, but able to be convinced.

I have to say AGAIN that I really wish conservatives had shown this level of concern for the constitution when the Bush admin was assaulting it (and they did!).

What about the riots and lawlessness if the law DOESN'T apply to Obama?

If it doesn't apply to Obama, it applies to NOBODY!

No taxes, no traffic laws, nothing.
