Since “punishment” has already been handed out, Joe’s suit would only serve to punish the taxpayers of Ohio, unless somehow the findings of wrongdoing would allow him to burn through any immunity and target the wrongdoers directly. I hope that is what happens.
As an Ohio taxpayer, this is one case where I would be willing to take the hit.
