Wow! I hope you don''t believe in the Tooth Fairy too! There's no way that *anyone* can be positive that that won't happen.Federal judges are appointed for life.They see themselves as the Duke of a small fiefdom.They can take any case that's presented to them.Yes,they might be overruled by a higher court but they don't care.I'll wager every nickel I have that Frankenstein takes this case to the Federal courts if he winds up losing the recount and I wouldn't bet a *single* nickel that his effort will fail...

They lack jurisdiction. PERIOD. The US Supreme Court would shoot any attempt to usurp the state’s authority.
