You know at first I thought this was a bogus situation, but the more I read the more I am convinced there is a legitimate question regarding this issue.

AFAIK, the COTUS does not specify a process for certifying presidential qualifications. So this IS a potential constitutional crisis, if not now then eventually, and, it would seem, inevitably.
It makes sense to me that the CJ of SCOTUS should have to certify the qualifications before administering the oath.
