Then he appoints Condoleeza Rice as VP.
Then Cheney resigns two weeks later and Condoleeza Rice, a Republican, becomes the first BLACK President and the first WOMAN President !!!

If he wants to go home, can he? Would you be able to care for him?
Not at present but hopefully if things progress we can get him to a point that with care from me he can return home but that is a long way down the road.
