I have seen someone do that, BTW: the solution is pretty obvious when you think it thru.
You need a bunch of flat shallow trays — cookie sheets work fine. One tray per level. And a snootful of ping pong balls. A plant-mister filled with water, and a freezer-chest...
You can probably figure it out from there.
When you have the whole thing frozen, you take it out of the deep freeze and place it on a flat, level table at room temperature. If the room has air-conditioning, all the better as that will help dry out the tiny bit of water that melts off.
People will wonder how you did it. And no doubt, someone will touch it to see if they are glued together, and the whole thing tumbles down into a big, bloody, unstackable mess.
Done properly, you should be able to win a few bets off that.
