After WWII, my father would not go camping and was never fond of picnics. He would tell us that he had camped and eaten outdoors for 3 years and that was enough to last a lifetime.
We have made plans to *camp* on our homestead, if necessary. It is daunting. We are seniors. Yet, we find ourselves looking forward to it if it at least awakens the idiots who voted in this horror.
