Some other questions whose answers will be pure speculation but:

When the Donofrio case is discussed on Dec 5th, what are the chances that enough justices (four I believe) will want to hear the case?

and if so, will it be before the Electoral College votes?

will they expedite the case?

can / will the SCOTUS stay the Electoral College from voting until they hear the case?

and any predictions on the outcome if they hear the case?

Only the 9 justices can answers those questions.
Even if they don’t hear the Donofrio case there are other strong cases in the pipeline, such as Keyes. Others to be filed shortly from what I am told.
