Not so fast. The gist of the Donofrio lawsuit is that The One was born a British subject by virtue of his Kenyan father, and dual-citizenship is the problem, not the place of birth. Justice Thomas has docketed Donofrio’s suit for a conference review on 5 December. Details are at:

This part of their statement I would take with a grain of salt! Did you see how they went into great detail of how they figured John McCain as being natural born? The only statement they could give for Barack is what has been plasted all over the internet with his unproven birth certificate. So, the question remains

1) Really - where was he born and

2) He holds dual citizenship and if renounced provide the proof of his allegiance to the States which makes him only naturalized at best.

3) This makes him not eligible (do you agree?)

I am with Donofrio on McCain as well. I’m patriotic and hold JM in high esteem for his service, but
the rules are the rules. Goldwater shouldn’t have been allowed as he was born in the Arizona Republic. That he lost held off the need for definition. This CRISIS has been coming for a long, long time...ever since potential mothers began to travel regularly in governmental service or escorting spouses in such....to be short.
