Ah yes: to repeat the conspicuous success NATO troops achieved in bringing peace in Srebenica, for example, or Rwanda, or Lebanon? I thought it was U.N. troops who were in Rwanda during the genocide, not Nato troops.

NATO was not in Lebanon either. Perhaps the point is that NATO, which Obama is now intimately connected to (more so than the UN) cannot accomplish the peace keeping mission if not carried out by force of arms ... NATO presence isn't a deterrent to terrorism.
