I like it when a governmental official says we have no tangible interest in whether or not a president-elect is a natural born citizen. Like a judge saying we have no standing as voters in the election of the president.

That entire "standing" dodge is entirely bogus. In the case of danger of violation of our Constitution,

We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

it is We the People who have "standing".
