That has been the traditional thing with the media.
Stating that “there is a birth certificate” makes the media, who has forgotten something called INVESTIGATION when it comes The One, they infer that means he was born there.
Someone needs to get the statute out as often as possible that Hawaii, due to the new statehood, allowed people to register who were born outside the state IN Hawaii up until 1972.
“There have been numerous requests for Sen. Barack Hussein Obama’s official birth certificate. State law (Hawai‘i Revised Statutes §338-18) prohibits the release of a certified birth certificate to persons who do not have a tangible interest in the vital record,” DOH Director Dr. Chiyome Fukino said.
Fukino said she and the registrar of vital statistics, Alvin Onaka, have personally verified that the health department holds Obama’s original birth certificate.
“Therefore, I as Director of Health for the State of Hawai‘i, along with the Registrar of Vital Statistics who has statutory authority to oversee and maintain these type of vital records, have personally seen and verified that the Hawai‘i State Department of Health has Sen. Obama’s original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures,” Fukino said.
So much mumbo jumbo...by design of course.
There is a REASON Obama does not release this thing.
I’ve read that statement online and wonder why someone bothers to say they saw his BC and he’s good to go. Do they think that we will just take their word for it? If its a-ok, then don’t be secretive...show all.
