Because from Obama’s point of view, he proved it when he put his Certificate of Live Birth on the web back in July.
That document says that he was born in Honolulu.
That’s all the proof that HE thinks that he needs and no court has thus far disagreed with him.
State of Hawaii governmental officials working under a Republican Governor confused the issue by declaring that his original vault copy Certificate of Live Birth is on file and that they have personally reviewed it.
