I got into a very warm discussion today with a relative about Obama. He was unable to counter any of my arguments against Obama yet in the end he still felt Obama was the right choice.

I just read this to my wife. She honestly thought I had written it. The author, almost verbatim, made many points I have been making the past few months.
I was so disgusted with the republicans and McCain that I was not going to vote. Then I read up on Obama and came to many of the conclusions this author made. And what concerned me even more than Obama was the perspective of his followers.
We are living in interesting times. This is gonna be a very interesting two years. I say two years because I think, as with germany, that is all it will take for it to be too late.
