The Open Letter to Mr. Obama is a formal Petition for a Redress (Remedy) for the alleged violation of the “natural born citizen” clause of the Constitution of the United States of America.
Mr. Obama is respectfully requested to direct the Hawaiian officials to provide access to his original birth certificate on December 5-7 by our team of forensic scientists, and to provide additional documentary evidence establishing his citizenship status prior to our Washington, D.C. press conference on December 8.

Take a look at the 2004 election map. It shows every county that went blue and every one that went red.
Now, I'm originally from Los Angeles County, and I can tell you, that although that county shows blue on the 2004 electoral map, most neighborhoods there are composed of your basic middle class, law-abiding Americans. The type of neighborhoods in even solidly blue counties that would rampage about such a thing, are actually only a small portion.
Try to get the picture that the Obots who will rampage and riot only make up a small portion of those who voted for him. The rest are rainbow painted moonbats who wouldn't be brave enough to do more than carry a protest sign, if Obama is disqualified.

I stand corrected. Yes, technically they could vote for someone outside the group of selected candidates on the ballot, but that is so rare, there have only been 7 electors to do this in all of the elections in the last 100 years. I'm thinking they would follow tradition and pick from the "approved" group remaining on the ballot - unless die-hard democrat electors tried to select another democrat that wasn't on the ballot...and it's almost certain they would not be able to consolidate enough votes for any one person, even if Obama "nominated" someone, LOL. They'd split it between Hillary and Biden almost for sure, regardless of what the Obamameister said. And, they'd all be divided off in their individual states, unable to truly negotiate a settlement candidate. Sweet. It's a mess, but I hope it happens, just so I can watch the MSM choke on it after their criminal conspiracy to manipulate the election. Justice, methinks.

It would if O was disqualified after the Electoral College votes, because it basically would be the same as if the President-Elect had died before taking office. Another reason it's so important that the Supreme Court act on these cases NOW. We've got 2 weeks left. They may just let it go on past the electoral vote. That way, even if O is disqualified, it would ensure that the party chosen by a majority of the voters (dead, imaginary, ineligible, and otherwise) still took the Office. Now THAT'S scary! President Biden....shudder...

No. Biden would become acting President until a new President qualified. US Constitution, Amendment XX, Section 3.

Nonsense. In the first place at least 24 states have Faithless Elector Laws requiring the electors to vote for the candidate they were selected to represent. Second, there is nothing in the 12th Amendment that says the Electoral College has to vote for a qualified candidate. The 12th Amendment kicks in when one candidate does not have a majority of the electoral votes. That is not the situation here, Obama has well over half the total votes. The relevant amendment if Obama is shown to be ineligible to be president is the 20th.

If the dems are so inclined to abolish the laws and rules of society through violence and mayhem, maybe it's time we had a real cleansing. It would be a great opportunity to rid our country of illegalls, commies and Marxists, thugs and criminals and whoever else is left who want to abolish our constitution and the rule of law.
Those faithless elector laws are meaningless.
