The Open Letter to Mr. Obama is a formal Petition for a Redress (Remedy) for the alleged violation of the “natural born citizen” clause of the Constitution of the United States of America.
Mr. Obama is respectfully requested to direct the Hawaiian officials to provide access to his original birth certificate on December 5-7 by our team of forensic scientists, and to provide additional documentary evidence establishing his citizenship status prior to our Washington, D.C. press conference on December 8.

It's gonna get even muddier than that. Donofrio's suit alleges that neither McCain or Obama are eligible for POTUS.
"Congress would be unable to remove you, a usurper , from the Office of the President on Impeachment, inviting certain political chaos including a potential for armed conflicts within the General Government or among the States and the People to effect the removal of such a usurper."
A threat of violence. Incredibly stupid move.
If the President elect fails to qualify, then the VP elect only serves as Acting President, until the House can qualify another President. However they are restricted to considering only who got electoral votes, and even then only the top 3. That means, unless at least one Dem elector goes "rogue" and votes for someone other than The One, their only choice would be McCain. However, I expect their will be at least one rogue elector, but who they might vote for is certainly a mystery. Maybe Hillary, maybe Gore. Hopefully they will check to be sure that person is a Natural Born citizen.
Of course someone like The Messiah, may have been the only one amoung all the Dim candidates that could have beaten McCain, and that took a market meltdown to accomplish. If Obama was not eligible to the office, then the whole election was a fraud. Unfortunately the Constitution makes no provision for what do about a fraudulent election. We did not really vote for McCain or Obama, we voted for electors. In some states they were electors for those individuals, in others they were electors for their party (California for example). So technically, I suppose the fact that the Party's candidate was not eligible doesn't invalidate their selection. But it certainly won't feel that way in my guts if Obama is proved to not be eligible. I don't imagine Hillary will be real happy about it either, unless she is the "Democratic (party) consensus" replacement on the ticket, or the one the rogue elector(s) vote for.

This is where the treasure lies, methinks. This enigma called "Obama" runs far deeper than just a birth certificate. I've believed for some time now that he's hiding quite a lot more than simply his birthplace. Much more.
He's withholding vital records, and has tendered what appears to be a romanticized (read: fictional) account of his life, has gagged everyone who ever knew him, placed living relatives "off limits" to the press, campaigned on one of the most nebulous and empty platforms in our history, assumed artifacts of title and of office, has no record of accomplishment to speak of, little time on the national stage, has strange and troubling alliances, and has repeatedly spewed rhetoric that frightens millions of Americans.
You bet there's more to this guy than just a birth certificate. The bc is only the tip of the iceberg.
Threats of violence have popped up consistently throughout the process of bringing this to the American people's attention. Propagated by the Left, and often repeated by folks who call themselves conservatives.
If we're going to take part in the final dismantlement of the Constitution based on the threat of violence, we ourselves have done violence to the memory of our forefathers, who were willing to lay everything down to protect and defend the Constitution and the principles contained therein.

And that's just another reason why the msm/dbm is ignoring this topic to a fault. They don't want anyone to know that all this has been going on behind the scenes. Its less for them to explain,or recreate. That's why its even more important for talk radio to do it job and tell what has and is going on!
