I'm reading this thread backwards by the way in case you're wondering why my responses are in this particular order.  I'm not certifiably crazy, though I've been told I'm a carrier of it.

I sent an e-mail to the secretary of state in Cal. She said that she was not reponsible for verifying qualifications. She said the parties were responsible. In answer to the question, "What makes you think he didn't show his birth certificate."

Lastly, I know you have a lot of psych background, as do I. IMO innocent people do not do what he's doing.

You're not making a serious legal argument are you?  Ten bucks says Abraham Lincoln didn't have anyone other than his mother as a witness when he took office.  My oldest son was born ten days after I was transferred to a new base.  Five days after I arrived I left for a TDY about 2500 miles away and didn't get back until both my wife and son had returned home to our apartment.  There are no witnesses to his birth other than medical staff and his mother.  Does that mean he was born in Kenya?

Here's the real kicker.  You're simply trying to prove a negative.  How do you know that there aren't 100's of witnesses to his birth.  Have you interviewed the planet already?

Well, if your mother and a few of your son’s siblings said they witnessed your son’s birth in Kenya - you might just want to check with your wife to see if she traveled out of the country...

My understanding is that a birth certificate was not displayed on the Obama website but rather a ‘Certificate of Live Birth’ or COLB for short. A BC and a COLB are not the same.

Obama’s BC has never been shown and he has attorneys that have acted to block any attempt on having Hawaii release his certified BC. This is the root of the controversy, that he has chosen to block any attempt to get at his BC. The reasons given for such action are said to be based on privacy which many believe is bunk because a BC for a Presidential Candidate could reveal no information useful for identify theft. Futhermore, releasing a BC by a Presidential Candidate could be redacted by an official that was qualified to certify authenticity of a BC, or under seal of a court.

So there is no compelling reason why Obama would spend resources on attorneys to block a release of his BC. It can only be he is hiding something, either a defect in his natural born status or an embarrassing inconsistency/inaccuracy/falsehood with his published self-biography and history account.

He may well have been born in Texas, but if any other nation holds a claim on his loyalty because of dual citizenship, then I believe the law says he is not “Natural Born” due to his divided loyalties. He is a US citizen at birth, but if he’s also a citizen (subject) of the UK, he has a loyalty problem right there.

It simply DOES matter why he’s spending money and effort to conceal his records. If I was going to hired someone to drive my grandchildren to school and that person refused to release his records, I can darn well guarantee you this....that person will NOT be hired.

I bet you do hope that Obama is “wildly successful”. However, to admit that you hope he is “wildly successful” would mean that you hope that his agenda will be successful. I do NOT hope Obama is “wildly successful”. I hope every hope, change and dream of his is thrown out the door because I believe his hopes, chanes and dreams for this country will bring about the destruction of our country.
