In the early 1960’e my siblings who were between 6 and 10 had there own passports and until I was five traveled on my mom's passport. However, her passport had a picture of me and my BC from the US embassy.
Mother Obama could not have gotten Baby Obama into the USA without those papers.

So maybe Stanley stopped by the American embassy before departing Mombasa. They only people who know for sure are those subcontractors plumbers who pulled his passport records a while back.
