No, it's not that simple. At the time Barry O was born, one's U.S. citizenship, if born abroad with only one parent having American citizenship, depended on the U.S. citizen having met a residence requirement and a length of time being a U.S. citizen after the age of 16. Barry O's mother failed this requirement. Therefore, if he had been born outside the U.S., he is not a U.S. citizen regardless of his mother's citizenship.

Yes, but the laws only apply to Republicans and naughty Democrats. The Democratic controlled House and Senate will "fix" anything awry in connection with Obama's eligibility according to the Constitution, a document written by disgraced dead, white men, according to Liberals. Our formerly great country has been dumbed down across the board for two generations by Affirmative action and lack of common sense by "leaders" with disordered minds, IMO.
