I see that no one has answered you. Let's assume it means birthplace. (I don't read this language.) What it demonstrates is that someone (the stepfather maybe) believed that Honolulu was Barry's birthplace. But this item is not a primary source for that fact. A Hawaii birth certificate from 1961 would be. Let's see it.
