The question is, if:
(1) Hawaian elected officials took an oath of office to protect and defend the Constitution;
(2) Had knowledge of Obama’s lack of documentation for natural U.S. citizenship under the laws at the time - (and hence did not qualify to be sworn in as President,)
Is it incumbant upon them under their oath to stop such an unconstitutional act?
99% of the elected officials in HI are RATs. Do you need any other explanation re their failure to act on the matter?
