Concerned citizens have taken yet another step to compel Barack Obama to release documentation proving he is a natural-born citizen – by funding a full-page "Open letter to Obama" in tomorrow's issue of the Chicago Tribune.
American donors have contributed tens of thousands of dollars to the We the People Foundation to sponsor the advertisement. It appeared in the main news section of the newspaper and is scheduled to run again tomorrow morning.

Clinton wins this. If he is ineligible prior to the electoral college, his electors will get Hillary in there with a quickness. That is what is behind him giving the SOS job to Hillary. Every one of Obama's relatives states a different place of birth; they can't even agree within his family. Combined, there's a half dozen hospitals named as his place of birth. Yet, not a single named hospital in Honolulu will confirm he was born there, they in fact refute it and say there is no record of him or his parents being there at all. So each hospital in Hawaii denies Obama was born there. So Barry, what were the circumstances of your birth? Why hide the facts?

I agree. Hillary has the most to gain from this.
Either way, she is in line for the Presidency. If Obama goes down before the Electoral College votes, Hillary is a shoo-in for the Presidency. The Democrat Electors will select her as their saviour.
If Obama manages to get through inauguration, Hillary is only four heartbeats away. She can shortcut the whole process though, by having Biden removed and blackmailing Obama to choose her as VP.

Theres only two ways this is going down - IF it is going down ...
1. SCOTUS DQ’s Obama before the EC - he is tossed. Since the election was based on a perpetration of a fraud - HIS electors get tossed and are replaced with McCain’s electors.
Ya gotta remember that Obama currently has 365 electors THAT WERE SELECTED and McCain has 365 that WERE NOT.
So, McCain’s electors now get to vote - presumably, they would vote for McCain.
OR:
2. Obama’s electors get to vote and Obama wins 365-173 by CURRENT count.
HOWEVER, SCOTUS has DQ’d them - so McCain leads 173-0. That is NOT ENOUGH for an electoral majority.
Per the Constitution, the 12th Amendment kicks in and the vote is sent to the House of Representatives. The House votes as State Delegations (1 State, 1 vote - simple majority wins).
HOWEVER, per the 12th Amendment, the House CAN ONLY vote from a list of NO MORE than 3 remaining candidates who received electoral votes.
Guess What!!! It is a list of 1 - McCain.
So, either the States that Obama won DO NOT vote and McCain wins 22-0 (only McCain States voting) or McCain wins 50-0 (all States voting).

I was assuming that "Obama's" Electors could vote for whomever they wanted to, if Obama were knocked out of the race. If they are disqualified from voting at all, even better. . . but there will be a lot of angry people out there.
(I don't suppose that their anger will be directed at the media or the candidate who perpetrated the fraud, so this could get verry interesting.)

Ohhhh, the comments, not exactly verifiable. ok.
I found this at http://grou.ps/zapem that’s been covering the Donofrio v. Wells case from NJ that has now made it to the United States Supreme Court. They will decide on 12/5 if they intend to hear the case against McCain, Obama and Calero as being ineligible for the POTUS per the US Constitution.
Apparently they’re having a vigil at the courthouse that on friday. I doubt it will be on the news though. None of this has been. Well, the Star Ledger did want an interview with Donofrio. I haven’t heard anything about that yet. Will check. Here’s the link for the vigil.
