So, since all these hospitals all over the world keep such good records, let's post the birth certificate from Kenya. Not being able to find one in Hawaii isn't nearly as convincing as finding one from somewhere else.

Why don't you go through each and every post and point out the ones where I was "AGAINST asking for a simple requirement in the Constitution to be observed..."

You like so many others are confusing the messenger with the message. Shoot the messenger if he brings you news you do not like.

If I tell you that the speed limit on a highway is 55 mph it does not mean that I agree with the speed limit.

This type of rationalization (blaming the messenger) is the exact same type of thinking that gets people drawing conclusions about the case that no clear thinking person ever could. Some here have actually implied that if the Supreme Court refuses to hear this case, justices such as Thomas and Roberts and Alito would only rule that way to cave into blacks wishes or fear of riots. That is plain stupid and it demeans conservatives to give such talk any credence.

What is sad and pathetic is the lack of reasoning on FR. The discourse went from a discussion about whether this case will be successful to I lack character because certain people disagree with me.

We have people who picked up a law dictionary and are suddenly constitutional experts. We have people rationalize that even if Obama was born in Hawaii, he can not be a natural born citizen because his father created a dual citizenship for him. They refuse to even consider that this country has consistently ruled that no third party can give up your citizenship for you. You must affirmatively give it up yourself.

The irrationality hit a high point when I was criticized for bring up such trivia as mere legal rules of the court, even when that is what this is all about. Its not about Obama's Birth Certificate right now. It about who has the right to bring a case and who has the right to demand evidence. Some posters say everyone in the country has standing to bring this case, without ever looking at the Federal Rules of Civil procedure and the Federal Court rules which define standing.

The U.S. Court system is not anarchy. And rules are rules and laws are laws whether you agree with them or not. And that is a good thing.

Why is that 'stupid'? You talk about laws and rules, but in this case a 'national interest' can be cited, and there are precedents for rulings citing some abstract 'interest'.

While I was looking at the Birth Certificate Fraud document, the “57 State”... jumped out at me too ! All I could look at was that “57 State” and I thought “gee, I bet THAT’s how he got confused about the 57 States ... man he must have studied this very document !!”

And when I read your post, I almost choked !

He was born in Hawaii. His birth certificate indicates his religion and that is a political problem for him. I married a Moslem woman. I had to sign some documents that I had converted to Islam. We have raised all our children as Christians but Islam demands they all be Moslem. All 4 of our children’s birth certificates indicate they are Moslem and that way they can travel to visit their grandparents with no hassles. Obama did not choose his family.

O has not actually posted his long form birth certificate. Nor have any hospitals produced records that indicate he was born there.

The closest thing on record is a newspaper clipping that says O’s parents lived at an address — that contradicts verified addresses on record of both is mother and father. Neighbors have no recollection of a mixed couple ever living there.

10 years ago I had to get a birth certificate from a san francisco hospital where I was born in 1953— in order to get a security clearance. The birth certificate was easy to obtain from my hospital. It had all kinds of detail including the name of the hospital where I was born.

I understand your point that likely where ever O was born he did have to change his citizenship to Indonesia. And when his parents divorced — while he was at occidental— he changed his name and citizenship back.

However, the constitution has a higher standard for citizenship qualification for president. A person can’t just be a “citizen”. They have to be a “natural born citizen”. This means that both a person’s parents have to be citizens.

In this he would not qualify since his father was a Kenyan citizen.

Obama—according to his flacks was a dual citizen up until 1984.

Note the line at the bottom saying that the document is PRIMA FACIE evidence of birth in that county. Prima facie evidence means that it can be rebutted by other competent evidence. The certification is not CONCLUSIVE proof... as the MSM have treated it.
