No handover means no peace. Expect to be bombed. Stateless actors? What the hell is that? If they are stateless actors, then the state of Pakistan has no right to try them either, no? IF Pakistan claims that people who did this are stateless actors, and we provide them proof that points to the people who did this, Pakistan has 2 choices:
1) They are stateless actors, so it should have no objections if we went over to “pick them up” ourselves - India I mean. The question of Pakistani soil doesn’t come in to the picture because Pakistan had a responsibility to stop them from planning and training for this attack FROM PAKISTANI SOIL - but they didn’t know or were unable to stop them - so they can look the other way as India goes about doing the cleansing
2) Yes, they are Pakistani, and the state of Pakistan is responsible for Pakistanis and Pakistan’s territories so they are in turn responsible for what Pakistanis do on Pakistani territory and hence responsible for the attack on Mumbai.

So which one is it Asif?
