Tax activist's ad challenges Obama's eligibility for office

The Obama campaign provided this birth certificate, showing Barack Obama was born in Hawaii.

An anti-tax activist from upstate New York who is questioning whether President-elect Barack Obama is a "natural born citizen" eligible for the nation's top job said Tuesday that his non-profit group spent "tens of thousands of dollars" to get his message across in ads in the Chicago Tribune this week.

The article regarding the lawsuits, blogosphere, wing nuts and Obama's Birth Certificate was up on the site of the Kansas City Star, written by Rick Montgomery. It was pulled or the site was shut down for "maintenance" during the early morning hours but is back up today.

I contacted Mr. Montgomery informing him that before he give such "credit" to the site "factcheck.org" that he check on some "facts" of his own such as the fact that it is run by the Annenberg Foundation the same foundation that had Barack Obama and William Ayers connected to it, so could hardly be "unbiased" nor "factual" when it was directly linked to Obama.

No word from Montgomery at this time but plenty of bloggers are claiming "just get over it - Obama won!!!"

Was he really "Barack" Obama has it says on this document ... I thought he would have been born as "Barry Suerto" and only adopted "Barack" in his 20s.

Obama has said he was born Barack Hussien Obama. Later his mother divorsed his father and married Surento(?) who adopted Barack and they began calling him Barry Surento.
Don’t think I have the spelling of Surento correct.:)
