Eight years of two decent, honorable people in the White House. I hope it’s not eight years before we can say that again. I have to endure at least four.

Our baby had to be taken to the ER for the first time a few nights ago. She pulled over 2 wooden tv trays and hit her on the forehead and she had a huge bump. Won't be the last time, though. Dr. said it was a good thing that it was swelling outward instead of in her brain.
Have just finished reading the 2 books about that Lady of the Angels school fire back in 1958. Heartbreaking. Could have been my school, too, which did burn in 1973 but it was at night. I think it was at night. Same open stairwells, same kind of wooden floors with decades of junk on them.
