As long as these inmates are required to live in these judges neighborhoods and not mine, I’m okay with it. Let them deal with the carnage. Perhaps they’ll then understand that prison conditions aren’t intended to be so nice that inmates want to return.

They cannot force California to either release convicts or force California to spend more money on prisons. That is beyond the writ of the federal judiciary.
