With all but one precinct re-counted in the Minnesota Senate race, Franken campaign attorney Marc Elias is claiming Franken leads Sen. Norm Coleman (R-Minn.) by four votes.

The number from Franken's internal tally does not include the Minneapolis precinct where 133 ballots went missing. The Franken count includes the thousands of disputed ballots that both campaigns objected to during the recount process.

Yea I know, the SoS is being really sneaky, he is going to claim that Franken picked up 780 votes after the challenges are resolved. Then he is going to add up another 46 votes to give Franken the edge, and certify the election for Franken. Then Coleman is going to file a lawsuit against the results, then the US Senate is gonna butt in, and declare Franken the winner, this so unfair. The man in the guerrilla suit is going to be sworn into the US Senate.

Politics is a substitute for violence. Never forget that. What Franken is doing and Gore before him, instills passions that move beyond the political realm.

Franken would suffer the same fate as Martin in a runoff and he knows it. What a sham this thing has been allowed to go to rot. The ballot is spoiled as any sane person knows it becomes after the passage of more than a cursory passage of time. The Supremes understood this, and stopped the last legal assault on our voting rights and equal protection under the law. Now go away interloper.

*Demonrats always cheat until they “win”. Basic rule when dealing with democrats...Rule One: Democrats believe abortion is great, therefore any lesser crime is no biggie.*

You nailed it perfectly.

“Missing ballots” are a codeword for “Democratic adjustments”. Real ballots are not “missing”.

This basic premise was told to me years ago via talk radio by Mark Belling (also a fill in for Rush at times) out of Milwaukee. He rarely talks about the abortion issue because he knows reasoning with libtards to get them to change is useless. I will always remember the day he said that simple truth “Democrats believe abortion is a right. Why would they feel it is wrong to do anything else they want to?” or something close to that statement. That left a big impression on me and I never again wondered why democrats have no morals. They support the most vile and evil of acts, why would any of the other things they do bother them? sigh.

I do not know if there are missing ballots. All I know is the day of the election the number of counted ballots was one less than the number of people who signed the voter log. But when they did the hand recount their were 134 less ballots than signature. Also the election officials are claiming an envelope of ballots is missing. So I am confused as to what this means. Maybe it is a setup to allow Franken to steal the election.

I thought I heard on Rush’s show that Franken had lost by over 200 votes, and that was after all precincts were counted. Did I misunderstand?

Yes you misunderstood. There are over 5,000 Challenged ballots that have yet to be counted. No one knows for sure what will happen after those 5,000 ballots are resolved. But since the fix is in, we have good reason to believe they will leave Franken with a lead of just under 20 votes.

Using machine counts for some counties and manual counts for others sounds like cherry-picking.

The whole Minn election is a joke.

Who believes a 100% voter turnout? And it IS 100% when you break down the numbers. Every retard, disabled, hospitalized, imprisoned, felon, old age home resident, and everyone who was out of state either voted, or count as the 15% that didn’t.

Exactly. If one condones abortion, all else is fair game. I would like to find a concise and fairly brief analysis of what makes hard-core liberals tick. I need some help in understanding their thinking. It is beyond me. I understand how the “useful idiots”, “dupes”, et. al. are manipulated and used, but the hard-core, dedicated ones are pure evil. I think it all comes down to Satan being active and very alive in our world.

I got a phone call from RNC (I think) a couple hours ago
whining about this race, wanting me to contribute money.
I live half way accross the country and what good would
money do them now? I did my part and voted for my own
local RINO - Chambliss.

I think you make an excellent point.

And I think that Franken's shyster is only making this claim in order to give the Senate cover if they should decide to take this election away from the voters.

I finally got it, and it took the bailout to make me see it: Neither party cares any more about what the voters want than they have to to reassure their reelection. What FDR did was give us a political class, some of whose members are elected but the bulk of whom are hired, which is set against the people.

And what the members of that class don't get is that if they persist, there will be blood.

Yes I agree. There is literal evil walking the earth and I think abortionists and the women who seek them out are evil murderers. Look at the terrorists in Mumbai, that is just too evil to believe, and they singled out Jews and Americans for execution, even children.

I see a very real good vs. evil struggle going on, I sensed it the last time the SCOTUS had to intervene in an election. Back when Gore wanted to recount the ballots until he won FLA. That was when I first read FR, to keep up on the recount fiasco.

It was like I could imagine a black storm over the nation, as those Gorebots in FLA gazed at the chads one by one, giving votes to Gore. I really thought we were gonna lose that fight.

I am certain we will lose the fight to stop Obama from taking office, without his ever providing proof of being a natural born citizen. I am sure he is not one.

This will be an evil 4 years. It starts with a lie, and there will be many more bad deeds done by him and his minions.

As to what makes the libs tick, maybe it is immaturity, bad upbringing, lack of religious belief, selfishness, self-centeredness, all the bad things that children usually grow out of. They are great big bad children. They do not think there is a God, so they just do as they please and expect no repercussions ever. They mock God. The ones that really irk me, are libs who vote for abortion candidates, and then march off to church every Sunday! I don’t get that at all.
