My brother-in-law had the time to remove a buck's carbon footprint from the planet last weekend, and provided us with about fifteen pounds of venison tenderloin, deerburger, and cube steak, which we happily accepted. We've been eating especially good this week. I think a nice venison/bison meatloaf is on tap for this weekend, too.
