One major problem they fail to mention is the large quantities of estrogen in our regular tap water. So many women are on “birth control” pills, and water treatment plants do not “clean” the water of the hormones in these pills, so these hormones have gotten into the water supply.

There was some study about how this is effecting fish; the male fish aren’t developing properly from too much estrogen. This sounds so bizarre, someone is going to demand a link, so I guess I better go find one.

THIS seems much more critical than so-called global warming/climate change.

There is a much longer version of the article in the Independent today, that mentions the effects on both fish and mammals.
