KopBusters rented a house in Odessa, Texas and began growing two small Christmas trees under a grow light similar to those used for growing marijuana. When faced with a suspected marijuana grow, the police usually use illegal FLIR cameras and/or lie on the search warrant affidavit claiming they have probable cause to raid the house. Instead of conducting a proper investigation which usually leads to no probable cause, the Kops lie on the affidavit claiming a confidential informant saw the plants and/or the police could smell marijuana coming from the suspected house.
The trap was set and less than 24 hours later, the Odessa narcotics unit raided the house only to find KopBuster's attorney waiting under a system of complex gadgetry and spy cameras that streamed online to the KopBuster's secret mobile office nearby. Cooper and company were hired by Raymond Madden, the father of Yolanda Madden, an Odessa woman convicted in 2005 of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. Yolanda's supporters say a key witness in the case admitted in court to planting the drugs -- but that she was convicted anyway and sent to prison.

I included this on the Banglist because many 2nd Amendment Activists have learned to their alarm the War On Drugs IS the War On the Constitution and the 2nd Amendment and the tactics used by Police are indistingushable from the War on Guns. If you believe in RKBA and do not understand this connection-Wake UP!

Come on now, lets give these cops a break. It’s so easy to confuse the smell of Christmas trees with marijuana plants.....

...Great post, good on yer. I thought about trying this many moons ago with tomato's to see if I would get a knock on the door. I figured if they tried to bust me and couldn't, maybe the coast would be clear. Not saying I'd set up shop,,, not saying I might set up shop. But, here in Nicholasville, KY, The Constables On Patrol, don't even care if you roll through a stop sign. What is amusing is Lexington is the horse capital of the US, the Nicholasville courthouse has a copper plaque right out in front, the hemp growing capital of KY. HURHURHUR...

This is great, every time a cop goes to kick a door in, he should have to live in fear that he is going to end up the subject of a video stream broadcast to the world.
Unfortunately, they do have that nasty habit of wearing their ninja costumes and masks to hide themselves from the light of justice, so identifying dirty cops might be a bit harder initially.
Still it should make for a safer environment if they knew WE were keeping an honest record of exactly what is going on during these kick and plant raids.

Yup. Happened in Tennessee. Wife taperecorded her husband's beating at the hand of rogue cops. I think they got 5 years each in the slammer.

Horrible situation with a MUCH too lenient outcome.

It always seems rather immature to me, to use little cutesy misspellings. If they want to say crooked cops, I wonder why they don’t just say that.

And anyone else would have gotten exactly that. Consider, for example, the OJ Simpson sentence and he did not even smack anyone.

Interesting clusterfoxtrot. So now we have false flag operation to justify other false flag operations so we can distort and twist reality?
