Peter Boyles hanging on to Obama birth certificate controversy

Say what you want about KHOW's morning drive time talk host, Peter Boyles, (he has been called everything from a racist to a communist), but one thing you cannot say is that he is not determined and afraid to go out on a limb.

Consider the Obama birth certificate controversy, an issue that has been scrupulously ignored by Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Bill O'Reilly and the rest of the pantheon of conservative talk show hosts. Although it would be unfair, because of the wide range of his sometimes unpredictable opinions, to label Boyles a conservative commentator as such, surprisingly, he alone has taken up this mantle.

Surprising, that is, for two reasons

You want to know one thing that has made the Left in this country such an unstoppable juggernaut, taking us from a Christina nation of producers to an anti-Christian nation of government dependents? It is because they never, never, EVER apologize for any leftist position, nor do they ever ridicule anyone for being on the leftist "fringe". For instance, have you ever heard any mainstream (such as they are) leftist denounce the 9/11 Truther types as kooks, or fringe, or in any way malign them? No, at most they ignore them. At heart, they probably sympathize to some extent.

Contrast that with those on the Right, who often can't wait for the opportunity to ridicule their fellow conservatives. It apparently gives them a distinct sense of superiority to be able to point to a right-winger and say "That guy is an idiot" and then look around to see if any leftist hippies are watching, so that they can bathe in their approval. Being a conservative in this country, in this day and age, is a constant uphill battle. Too many "conservatives" want to just give in and join the constant ridicule of the Right, but those guys are pussies.

The silence from media conservative types has been surprising. We expect it from the rest of the media, but to have Rush barely mention it seems odd. Not much from any Repubs in office either.

I think they know or suspect, that O really is Kenyan. I am 99.99% sure of it myself.

What if the conservative hosts and others have been told to be silent on this? Maybe to make the ouster of O easier because these conservatives have not “picked on” poor Barry about it. Maybe to lessen the unrest that might occur when he gets the boot?

As for the threat of “riots”, I seem to recall warnings about riots whether Barry won (happy riots!) or lost on election night. Very little happened.

If by miracle, he is found out, and disqualified, I suspect that Barry would come out and do a huge mea culpa, beg for calm, etc. Not that it would stop those who just love a good looting and riot. I think the rioting types are all too lazy to get up a really good riot anyway! That takes initiative and drive! After all these generations of socialism who’s got the spunk for a riot anymore?
