Not heard. This conference is the high level equivalent of a “grand jury”, where the case is not “heard” but is reviewed in enough detail to decide whether it has any merit at all.
Of note, IIRC, this case _had_nothing_to_do_with_the_birth_certificate_! It revolved around O’s parent’s citizenships, not his actual place of birth.
People must understand that the Supreme Court can only act on what cases are brought before them, and that legal technicalities are extremely important. If no viable BC case is brought before them, they cannot rule on the BC issue!
I had forgotten about that. But still I doubt they will ever take it up on anyone's suit.
