I think you will find that a step parent or live in lover will abuse a child and that just because someone is a lesbian, that does not mean they have more of a proclivity to abuse a child than does someone who is not a lesbian or a gay man.

There was a study on this in the UK recently - sadly I cannot remember where I saw it. The figures were very clear indeed - you would have to be ideologically blind not to understand the weight of evidence.

But then I suppose lib/lefts are blinded by their own suppositions.

There is a massive overhaul of the social services in the UK but it won't change things much. Meanwhile I know a few people who have worked in these departments and they are haunted by what they have seen.

A well ordered society where marriage was respected and promoted would reduce these incidence considerably. As Mrs Thatcher used to say “The facts of life are conservative”.

I never said they did. I said that the pathology that arises in lived in couples that abuse children is the same pathology no matter the orientation. With the additional possibility that a male child may be targeted by abuse in the case of lesbian couples because he is male. But that because of social and political correctness raising this possibility is taboo.

The truth is that a child is safer with a mom and dad who are married to each other.

The case has caused public outrage and raised questions on what causes some to commit atrocities against children. Also baffling is the allegation that Kyle was singled out in a house of five children — police reports indicate Lau and Schumacher's four children, who are in protective custody, appear relatively unharmed — and how the suspected abuse could go unreported for so long.

My heart goes out to this poor boy. His older brother Austin was also in the "care" of these monsters - I heard him interviewed on the radio last night. He lost touch with his younger brother a year or two ago and was very worried about him. I wish I could help these boys. My son is between the older brother and the younger brother's ages. I could cry just thinking about these boys.

The other children are going to be just as traumatized by this whole nightmare as Kyle is. They do not understand why one child was singled out to be abused. They never knew if their turn was coming at any time. They never knew what reason there was to treat another child so brutally. They will all need intense counseling to recover, and will likely feel either terrible guilt all their lives, or callous disregard for others' feelings. It's a horrible situation.

I wish I could take Kyle in and care for him properly and show him the love he needs. God bless him and protect him. His older brother Austin is in his 20s and wants to adopt his younger brother. I hope he does. He knows what Hell Kyle has been through. Poor kids!!

My husband says Satan has been loosed and is going around doing whatever he wants to do. God is in control, but many are bowing to Satan and obeying him. We are in extraordinary times. Thank God we do have Jesus as our Savior. We are seeing how depraved people can be.
