Here is Gov (commerce secretary elect)Bill Richardson saying in Spanish that Obama is an "immigrant." (So he understands understands "immigrant" issues.)The context suggests that by "immigrant" bill richardson means "illegal immigrant"

Here in plain English is the Kenyan Ambassador saying that Obama is born in Kenya.

............

from obama's own site factcheck.org by way of fightthesmears on his dual citizenship at birth

“When Barack Obama Jr. was born on Aug. 4,1961, in Honolulu, Kenya was a British colony, still part of the United Kingdom’s dwindling empire. As a Kenyan native, Barack Obama Sr. was a British subject whose citizenship status was governed by The British Nationality Act of 1948. That same act governed the status of Obama Sr.‘s children.

Since Sen. Obama has neither renounced his U.S. citizenship nor sworn an oath of allegiance to Kenya, his Kenyan citizenship automatically expired on Aug. 4,1982.”

Leo on his web site today said Cort’s case may have a better chance than his. Leo had to rush the paperwork on his case due to NJ Courts screwing him around. Cort’s case is stronger. He also said something about Scalia revieiwng it in a certain was that may be positive. I forget what he said but it is like trying to read tea leaves.

Maybe Thomas, Scalia and the others knew Cort’s case is stronger.

Is this imagining the news or is there in fact a case that Scalia has put up for consideration?

McCain was not born on base. Before calling someone a kook - do your research and learn the facts.

McCain has became a suck up to Obama after losing along with his pal Lindsay Graham and their pal Crist. McCain should have quit the race and let Fred or Mitt run. His McCain-Feingold law helped elect a marxist.

Donofrio proved to be a kook when he also claimed John McCain was not a citizen. McCain was born on a US Military base while his father was stationed on active duty.

I think McCain was included as 'bait' to get the court to take the case.

What this screams to me is DUHHH!

There is a HUGE opportunity for a Conservative to buy up a few of these dying Media outlets and start a conservative network. There’s a lot of pent up demand. There’s Freepin’ money on the table.

This may backfire on the slime stream media, by acknowledging there is a controversy about his citizenship, people may ask why this was not mentioned during the campaign. Nah!

This is not over yet. I still believe that the Supreme Court will end up hearing a case on this issue.

True. Cort Wrotnowski’s case goes to Conference this coming Friday 12/12. Orly’s case “Lightfoot v Bowen” will be filed with SCOTUS today.

Our domestic enemies, the Moron Media certainly seems to be keeping an eye on the NBC issue even while ignoring it.

Donofrio proved to be a kook when he also claimed John McCain was not a citizen

He didn't claim McCain "was not a citizen." His argument was that McCain is not a "natural-born" citizen, per the POTUS Constitutional requirement.

If that makes Donofrio a "kook," then he's in good company:

Why Senator John McCain Cannot be President

The Supreme Redux: Is John McCain Ineligible to be President?

McCain’s Citizenship and Constitutional Method

Many more experts and law professors disagree, but pro or con, none of them are "kooks."

There is nothing wrong with the Donofrio case except that it requires the court to act.

By rejecting Donofrio the court has told us that it does not wish to act based on the information it now has before it.

I doubt that the other cases are any stronger in terms of legal principals or information, so they also will fail

Bottom line, unless you can get a copy of Obama's real birth certificate no one is going to do anything about these cases.

If Keyes, who is probably the best person to pursue this case because of his race and his former candidacy against 0bama, is able to obtain a copy in Hawaii, which Andy Martin was unable to do, then his case will have the best chance of affirmation by either a state, federal district, court of appeals, or SCOTUS.

All that is necessary is for one lowly judge to issue a preliminary injunction on either the Electoral College casting its votes, or them being certified by the Congress, or the issuance of an oath of office to 0bama. Once that happens, all hell will break loose!

Until then it is as they say in the law, moot!

What’s interesting is that some media wouldn’t _touch_ the story prior to it being dismissed but now report it as if ‘everyone knew’.

According to Donofrio’s website...

[UPDATE 12:23 PM The main stream media should stop saying SCOTUS refused to hear the case. It was distributed for conference on Nov. 19. They had the issue before them for for sixteen days. Yes, they didn’t take it to the next level of full briefs and oral argument. But they certainly heard the case and read the issues. The media is failing to acknowledge that. The case and issues were considered. Getting the case to the full Court for such consideration was my goal. I trust the Supreme Court had good reason to deny the application. Despite many attempts to stop their full review, my case was placed on their desks and into their minds. Please remember that. It’s important for history to record that.]

Ahhhh..., I see now. We didn’t lose. They’ve got the case “in their minds”.... LOL..

That sounds like “Baghdad Bob” saying that Saddam Hussein’s troops are driving out the Americans...

Besides Donofrio would want *all* of the Presidential Candidates disqualified.... “what a deal” — no one running for President.

I vote for “none of the above”.... :-)

You said — “There is nothing wrong with the Donofrio case except that it requires the court to act.”

And “except” that it includes John McCain in there, too — along with Obama...

Donofrio wants to get rid of McCain, too.... :-)
